How do I cancel an order I’ve just placed?

If you need to cancel to an order within seven days of placing your order on uOpen, please contact us here. If your subscription box has not yet been despatched, we will cancel it and refund the appropriate amount back to the same payment method you used when placing your order. If more than seven days has passed, you can only then cancel your subscription through your uOpen account by marking the “X cancel” button against the subscription, but please note that in these circumstances you will still be charged for your first subscription term.
