Can I change the term of my subscription e.g from paying monthly to annually?

If you wish to change from paying monthly to paying for a longer term e.g. annually (in order to take advantage of a discounted price), you will need to cancel your existing monthly subscription and then set up a new annual subscription for the same box. If you’re currently on a longer term and wish to switch to paying monthly, you need to first cancel the auto-renewal against that subscription in your uOpen account, then wait until the existing term has ended before setting up a new monthly subscription.
