Can I get a refund?
Refunds can not be issued for any active subscription or subscription period, but if you turn off any auto-renewing subscriptions at least 24 hours before they are due to renew, this will stop any further payments being taken. Where there has been a specific issue with damaged items in a box or with non-delivery, refund requests may be considered and an administration fee may be applied in cases where they are approved.
