1. If you have an existing subscription and need to change the address for a box that has not yet been shipped, you are able to do this by logging into your uOpen account by clicking 'My Account' in the top right corner of uOpen.com
2. Login using your email and password you specified when you originally bought your subscription box
3. In your dashboard you will see your Delivery Schedule - if your box has not been shipped or is not due to be shipped imminently, you will see an 'update address' link next to that month's scheduled box
4. Simply click 'Update Address' and add in your new address.
