Wheres my order?

The quickest way to get an update on your order is to contact the seller directly via your uOpen account dashboard This will automatically send your message to the seller including your details and order number.

1. Simply login to your uOpen account at

2. From your account Dashboard, Delivery Schedule or My Subscriptions page, click the "Contact Seller" button as shown below:

3. This will launch a form, pre-populated with your name, email and order ref.

4 .Add your message to the seller and hit "Send", your message will be sent directly to the seller, who will respond back to the email address you have registered with uOpen.
